Welcome to Istudyo ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"). Istudyo is an operating system for the dance and performing arts community, designed for organisers, studios, event hosts, and participants.

By accessing or using Istudyo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who Istudyo Is For

Istudyo is not a ticketing marketplace. We provide software tools that organisers use to manage registrations, payments, communication, and attendance.

Payments are processed either manually by organisers or through third-party payment gateways. Istudyo does not hold participant funds unless explicitly stated.

Refunds, cancellations, and event policies are defined by the organiser. Istudyo is not liable for disputes between organisers and participants.

4. Events and Content Responsibility

Organisers are solely responsible for event accuracy, pricing, schedules, instructor credentials, and event delivery.

Istudyo does not guarantee event quality, completion, or outcomes.

5. WhatsApp, Email, and Communications

Organisers may connect WhatsApp or email services to send transactional messages. WhatsApp integrations may use WhatsApp Web or multi-device technology.

By registering, participants consent to receive transactional communications related to their registration and payment.

All Istudyo software, branding, and design are owned by Istudyo. Organisers retain ownership of their content. Participants retain ownership of their personal data.

Istudyo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for event cancellations, financial losses, personal injury, or failures of third-party services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or legal requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction.
